About the Role
HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Post Surgical IMU to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary
The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. You will provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, serving as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients to ensure quality patient care
* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice

Requirements
* Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Minimum 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
* Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License required
* American Heart Association BLS Certification required

Compensation and Benefits
