We are seeking experienced and certified teachers to join our team at Here We Grow Daycare Inc. Our center is expanding again, and this position is needed to provide high-quality care and education to our children.
Responsibilities:
- Plan engaging games and activities that cater to the developmental needs of children.
- Design daily and weekly schedules that ensure a balance of learning and play.
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities that promote children's physical and emotional well-being.
- Evaluate children's progress to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child's activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a teacher or childcare provider.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Patient, kind, and nurturing personality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- First aid/CPR certification.
