Behavioral Health Technician Overnight Specialist

Silver Ridge is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team for 3rd shift positions. This role comes with a shift differential of up to $1.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.
Candidates must be flexible and able to work varied hours.
Compensation: $17 per hour plus shift differential of $1.50 per hour ($18.50)
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the intake process for new clients into the program.
- Communicate effectively with staff, either verbally or through communication logs, and maintain detailed client logs.
- Listen to clients' concerns and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
- Coordinate activities and ensure client schedules are followed daily.
- Assist with interventions and follow treatment plan objectives.
- Monitor the medication line and conduct searches as required.
- Ensure client safety and medical needs are met.
- Uphold therapeutic boundaries and staff code of ethics.
- Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide input.
- Distribute client snacks as needed.
- Train new staff on unit, program, and milieu.
- Contribute to the upkeep of the facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Some mental health experience, with this role being an entry-level position.
- Experience facilitating groups or activities is preferred but not required.
