Lead Behavioral Health Specialist

Pyramid Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with intake process and provide support to new clients.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients through verbal and written communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client logs.
- Manage medication and provide support with daily living tasks.
- Provide emotional support and listen to clients' concerns.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
- Coordinate activities and lectures to support client recovery.
- Follow treatment plans and provide input on client progress.
- Assist with interventions and provide support to clients in crisis.
- Transport clients and provide support with daily living tasks.
- Monitor client hygiene and medical needs.
- Conduct searches of clients and maintain a secure environment.
- Prepare client snacks and perform clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in drug and alcohol/mental health preferred.
- Ability to role model and work effectively with clients and staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
