Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in steering our development team towards the delivery of top-notch software solutions. This role demands a profound understanding of SailPoint Identity IQ and best practices in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to successfully navigate complex IGA initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/certification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Information Technology and Information Security, focusing on IGA feature engineering and application integration, including at least 4 years in SailPoint IIQ implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment within a corporate setting.
  • 4+ years of experience with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, Python, and REST development.
  • Proficient in writing and troubleshooting rules, workflows, and custom connectors for over 4 years.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, design, implementation, integration, and testing for over 4 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience working within agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading development teams, showcasing strong mentoring and team-building capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IGA enterprise workflows, forms, reusable rules, tasks, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise directory services, including Active Directory and Radiant Logic.
  • Strong understanding of REST fundamentals and API design best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IGA and SailPoint compliance standards.

Technical Expertise:
Possess a full-stack understanding of IT infrastructure, including:
  • REST/SOAP API development experience.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux).
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting services, particularly AWS and Azure.
  • Familiarity with AWS-EKS and Kubernetes.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Make architectural and design decisions for software projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges and serve as an escalation point for the team.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all technical and project documentation is current and accessible.
  • Identify and implement process improvements while staying abreast of industry trends.

Project Management:
Demonstrate creativity and practicality in developing and executing project plans. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs while supporting the achievement of performance and budget goals.

Technical Support:
Provide recommendations to enhance process effectiveness and demonstrate advanced knowledge of relevant issues, products, systems, and procedures. Stay updated with technological advancements and apply new knowledge to the role.
