Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Kasai North America Inc. As a key member of our Finance Planning & Analysis department, you will play a critical role in providing financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the production budget with plant locations and consolidate financial data for analysis and recommendations.
  • Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements to extract key points on financial performance and gap versus goals.
  • Prepare trend analysis, comparisons, and graphs for management and Kasai Japan meetings.
  • Develop special analysis and duties per top management assignment, including IT special projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or financial analyst areas.
  • Knowledge of computer-based operations, including Microsoft Office Intermediate level, Excel Advanced, and PowerPoint.
