Role Description: This position involves supporting the Head Start educational team in various classroom activities, including organizing field trips, assisting with lesson planning, and maintaining classroom environments. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain foundational knowledge of the Head Start program and pursue a career path towards becoming a Head Start Teacher. Responsibilities may also extend to assisting in kitchen operations, transportation, or other functional areas. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. This is an entry-level role that does not require prior education or experience unless mandated by local or state regulations for specific duties. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, and additional qualifications may be necessary for kitchen-related tasks (e.g., Safe Serve certification).

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 36 Hours per Week, 42 Weeks per Year
