We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospital care team. This role supports the Registered Nurse or healthcare provider in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

About the Role

This LPN position involves working closely with the care team to develop and implement hospital-based care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. You will prepare equipment for procedures, collect patient history and medical information, and document all relevant details in the hospital medical records.

Responsibilities
  • Support the care team by collecting patient history and medical information
  • Develop and implement care plans as directed by the Registered Nurse or healthcare provider
  • Prepare equipment for procedures and maintain sterile environments
  • Communicate health care instructions to patients and families
  • Respond to emergencies and safety hazards using personal protective equipment and hospital precautions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in North Carolina
  • BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider certification
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required within 4 years of hire

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
