The Laurels of Kent is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to utilize their expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of Kent, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests. Your primary duties will include supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members, as well as assessing the health of our guests and implementing new orders from physicians.

  • You will work closely with our experienced team to develop individualized plans of care and select appropriate interventions to stabilize our guests' conditions.
  • Your strong communication and collaboration skills will enable you to effectively contribute to guest assessments and participate in multidisciplinary care planning.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K with matching funds, paid time off, and paid holidays. Our competitive salary for this role is estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
