About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Lowell, MA. As a Healthcare Professional for our Day Habilitation program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing assessment and direct nursing health care to our guests as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Communicating medical changes/needs/concerns of our guests to relevant stakeholders through various media channels
  • Coordinating medical supports, including emergency treatment as required for our guests
  • Assuming direct nursing care for all program guests
  • Training colleagues and ensuring competency in special needs/medical issues of our guests
  • Providing technical training and ensuring competency of colleagues in the use of medical devices in the program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing degree with a Massachusetts RN license in good standing, preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • One-year related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of MAP regulations and Department of Developmental Services regulations a plus
  • Satisfactory CORI

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Based on location and industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
