Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment is available
  • Assist the surgeon during surgery by providing the appropriate instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
  • Participate in surgical counts and manage intraoperative medications according to Operating Room policy

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 12 months of healthcare experience (may include military training)
  • Ability to work cooperatively within the department and other services to create a system of quality healthcare

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
