Claims Support Representative

Job Description
At Slide, we're revolutionizing property insurance by doing things differently. We're looking for a Claims Support Representative to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assigned clerical work tasks are completed within defined deadlines.
- Provide customer support via incoming calls from policyholders or their representatives, agents, and contractors.
- Document call follow-up notes and direct phone calls to appropriate Claims Department personnel.
- Process all incoming mail and e-mails to ensure proper scanning and/or indexing to the appropriate claim file.
- Prepare claim files according to supervisor direction.
- Provide backup for critical, time-sensitive deadlines.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Process claims reassignments.
- Provide customer service support to the claims department.
- Generate and distribute approved data reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years of administrative/CSR experience required.
- Insurance experience highly desired.
