At AssuranceAmerica, we are seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their career.

Responsibilities

The Claims Adjuster Trainee will complete a series of training courses, including self-study, classroom training, and on-the-job training. This will prepare them for promotion to Adjuster Level 1 position. Additionally, the trainee will be responsible for investigating, reserving, negotiating, and settling assigned property and casualty claims within provided authority. They will also ensure that all assigned claims are resolved timely and fairly in accordance with the policy contract based on the damages presented.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Claims Adjuster Trainee must have a strong understanding of claims best practices and be able to provide quality service to all parties involved in assigned claims. They must also be able to conduct thorough investigations into coverage, liability, and damages for assigned claims.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and the ability to pass the State of Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualty licensing exam. Bilingual skills in Spanish are also preferred.
