Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and professional customers
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales growth
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Understand and manage store profitability, including sales, inventory, and labor costs
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Successful experience managing profitability and driving sales growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • ASE certification preferred, but not required
