About the RoleSenior Central Procurement ManagerAt Soleo Health Inc, we're seeking a seasoned procurement leader to oversee our centralized procurement operations. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic purchasing strategies and driving cost optimization.

**Job Summary**
Lead our centralized procurement team in strategic purchasing of drugs and medical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Develop and implement advanced procurement strategies to align with company-wide financial objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and tracking tools to analyze procurement trends and outcomes, driving informed decision-making.
  • Oversee resource allocations during supply shortages or excesses, ensuring balanced inventory levels and optimizing financial impact.
  • Establish clear, measurable objectives for the procurement team to gauge program success and drive accountability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain management.
  • Work closely with data analysts and other departments to enhance procurement processes and technologies.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of Central Procurement Specialists to ensure efficient supply chain management and cost optimization.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for savings through effective use of a centralized procurement model.


**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role within a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proven ability to strategize and implement high-level procurement policies and practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster innovation within procurement operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


**Salary Range**
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, location (Dublin, OH, St. Louis, MO, or Frisco, TX), and other market factors.
