The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding the sales and growth of our facilities in Idaho Falls. This role requires a strong background in building materials and wood, with a proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Build a thorough understanding of the business, including Woodgrain capabilities and processes, products, customers, supply chain, local market trends and conditions, competitors, and market pricing
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Utilize MS Office products to manage sales processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in building materials or wood industry
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Ability to travel and overnight commute
- Clear and valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
