Job Summary:

Fraser is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team as a School Therapist. In this role, you will provide individual and family therapy and/or skills training to clients, complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning, and work closely with others involved with the client.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and family therapy and/or skills training to clients
Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns
Provide training and outreach around services to the school community, as well as attend school-based meetings as needed
Work closely with others involved with the client, such as the school, county, courts, parents, or foster parents

Requirements:

Current licensure from the State of Minnesota LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or within 2 months of licensure
Master's degree in related behavioral health field and pursuing independent licensure for Clinical Trainee position
Experience working with children and adolescents required
Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record required for travel to different Fraser locations
