Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Join our team of experienced engineers at ExecuSource as we seek a seasoned Geotechnical Engineer to support a variety of waterfront, dam, and site/civil engineering projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on foundation systems, retaining walls, earth support, slopes, ground improvements, and other geotechnical features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform field tasks, including subsurface testing and investigation of soil and bedrock in connection with foundation design & construction projects.
  • Perform various geotechnical engineering calculations and modeling for settlement, bearing capacity, slope stability, retaining walls, and pavement designs.
  • Prepare field and engineering reports, technical specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Provide geotechnical design for a variety of civil projects.
  • Perform construction-phase field observation.
Requirements:
  • BS in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years engineering experience, primarily and recently on the Geotech side.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, HydroCAD, SEEP/W, SLOPE/W, L-pile, Plaxis, GIS, or similar programs.
  • Knowledge of Geotechnical design principals.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 DOE, a hybrid work schedule, half day Fridays, and an annual bonus. If you are interested in this position, please apply directly or email to learn more.
