Customer Service Representative

We are seeking to recruit a part-time Front Desk Attendant who is personable, dependable, and open to feedback. At FFC, delivering exceptional customer service is essential. You will create a welcoming, tidy, and secure atmosphere for all visitors while embodying FFC's core principles. You will also become part of a caring and diverse team dedicated to fostering relationships and adding value by assisting others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members by name and establish a positive first impression of the facility
- Check-in members and guests upon arrival
- Serve as a communication link between current and prospective members and the Membership Department
- Professionally handle incoming calls
- Address all member inquiries, concerns, and complaints; provide additional assistance to the Membership Experience Manager as required
- Execute opening and closing procedures for the front desk
- Process payments as necessary and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
- Participate in all mandatory department and club staff meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and colleagues
