The Role

The Community Relations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with Fidelity's corporate social responsibility goals. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with local community organizations, identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and developing programs that promote community development and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with Fidelity's corporate social responsibility goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, including non-profits, community groups, and government agencies
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that promote community development and social impact
  • Develop and implement programs that promote community development and social impact, including volunteer opportunities, community events, and educational programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement strategies and programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or non-profit management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and implement effective community engagement strategies and programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement strategies and programs
