About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sanitation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with quality and food safety teams to identify and address potential sanitation issues.
  • Lead a team of sanitation personnel to ensure that all areas of the plant are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. food science, environmental health) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sanitation and food safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety protocols, including HACCP and GMP.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
