Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the entire store operation, including end-of-night bank deposits, nightly product inventory counts, and ensuring the store is set up properly and ready to receive orders upon opening.
  • Customer Service: Foster a sense of urgency with each and every order, ensuring that every customer is satisfied and becomes a returning customer.
  • Inventory Management: Calculate product and ingredient needs for bi-weekly commissary and beverage deliveries.
  • Training and Development: Actively train the General Manager-in-Training on all aspects of store operations.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Create and maintain an employee schedule based on labor needs and maintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of the business at any point of the day.
  • Financial Management: Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service to customers while maintaining Domino's standards of orders delivered on time, and have the ability to read and understand the P&L ledger.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure vehicles used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually, and uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
  • Marketing and Sales: Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions, and contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
