YWCA El Paso del Norte Region is seeking a dedicated individual to undertake cleaning and maintenance responsibilities within our facilities.
JOB SUMMARY
Under the guidance of supervisory staff, the individual will execute cleaning and janitorial tasks, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
EDUCATION
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of six months of experience in janitorial services is required, or a comparable combination of experience and training that equips the candidate with the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill the job's essential functions.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends, early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings, including split shifts. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others is essential. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is required, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred. A pre-employment drug screening and background verification will be conducted.
