Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on effective exercise techniques using various methods and equipment.
  • Evaluate and recommend preventative strategies to mitigate injury risks across different work environments.
  • Support licensed therapists in delivering high-quality patient care both on-site and within the community.
  • Facilitate group exercise sessions, guiding participants through tailored routines.
  • Create and execute engaging exercise programs for individuals of varying fitness levels.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.

  • Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications from NSCA, ACSM, or CSCS.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention strategies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift patients using proper techniques regularly throughout the workday.
  • Frequent walking, bending, standing, and reaching.
  • Visual and auditory capabilities sufficient for patient evaluation and communication.
  • Fine motor skills for accurate documentation and equipment handling.
