Job Details:

- Work Schedule: Flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on effective exercise techniques using various methods and equipment.
- Evaluate and recommend preventative strategies to mitigate injury risks across different work environments.
- Support licensed therapists in delivering high-quality patient care both on-site and within the community.
- Facilitate group exercise sessions, guiding participants through tailored routines.
- Create and execute engaging exercise programs for individuals of varying fitness levels.

Essential Functions:

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications from NSCA, ACSM, or CSCS.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention strategies.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift patients using proper techniques regularly throughout the workday.
- Frequent walking, bending, standing, and reaching.
- Visual and auditory capabilities sufficient for patient evaluation and communication.
- Fine motor skills for accurate documentation and equipment handling.
