Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Specialist at KPC Global Medical Centers Inc. delivers high-quality patient care, utilizing a holistic approach to meet the diverse needs of patients across various age groups. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a focus on quality and appropriateness of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).
  2. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
  3. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, completed through the American Heart Association.
