Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Downtown & D2 Dispensaries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making product recommendations to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Fulfill in-store and online orders for pick-up, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, providing information on cannabis products and consumption methods.
  • Participate in weekly inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Label and stock products for sale, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods.
  • Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Determined and committed work ethic.
  • Ability to learn and understand our point-of-sale and ADHS verification systems.
  • Microsoft Office experience, including familiarity with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in retail sales or cannabis industry.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Familiarity with Arizona marijuana laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • Repetitive motion that may include wrists, hands, or fingers.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
