Marketing Specialist for Boston Investment Sales

About the Role
You will work within the Boston marketing team to provide marketing support for investment sales initiatives across all asset classes. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating marketing materials, developing campaigns, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support investment sales initiatives
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Work closely with sales professionals to define project requirements and offer creative marketing solutions
- Stay up-to-date with competitor firms' marketing information and contribute ideas to the broader Northeast Region Marketing & Research team
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of content marketing experience and/or production graphic design
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with full-service marketing and/or email distribution programs
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, and work with minimal direction/supervision
- Strong writing and design skills, with a strong attention to detail
