Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Lead the Culinary Team: Motivate and develop a high-performing team of chefs and cooks, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and Implement Menus: Create and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Maintain Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards for quality and safety, and that our kitchen operations comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
