The consultant will engage with our Vascular Division, emphasizing advanced solutions for cardiac and vascular interventions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, or imaging environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for analyzing feedback to enhance training methodologies.
  • A solid understanding of training and development strategies, with the capability to implement effective corporate training programs.
  • Strong analytical abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing extensive training initiatives.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, including spreadsheets and databases.

Core Competencies

The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Creating and delivering product training materials.
  • Developing sales training manuals.
  • Conducting skill assessments.
  • Designing training curricula and programs.
  • Troubleshooting product-related issues.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Education Consultant will:

  • Develop and refine training materials to educate sales teams, distributors, and new employees on the clinical applications of our products.
  • Conduct training sessions for both domestic and international sales personnel.
  • Facilitate product training for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff.
  • Assess training effectiveness and adapt programs to meet evolving needs.
  • Collaborate on market research trials for new product assessments.
  • Implement e-learning courses to maintain high standards of clinical expertise.
  • Provide ongoing support and training in the field, addressing clinical inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Assist in executing strategic training initiatives across all business units.

Physical Requirements

The role may involve:

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and bending.
  • Visual acuity for reading and assessing clinical materials.
