Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Shift Lead to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting the Retail Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with register transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a secure and accurate environment.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with store staff to stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Leadership: Assist the Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager with delegating tasks, providing guidance, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Mission Commitment: A commitment to KARM Stores' mission and values, including being trustworthy, team-minded, and teachable.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including typing and web browsing capabilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform moderate to heavy physical activity.
Compensation

$11-$13 hourly wage, with opportunities for performance-based increases and bonuses.
