Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Lead to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for each customer, adhering to our company's mission statement and customer service standards.
  • Transaction Processing: Assist the Retail Management team in processing register transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring the accuracy and security of all transactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and clothing racks to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
  • Team Support: Assist the Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager in delegating tasks and responsibilities, especially when the Manager is not on shift.
  • Mission and Values: Live out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carry out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.
  • Commitment to Mission: Must have a commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
  • Computer Skills: Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, lifting and bending up to 75% of a standard work day, and moderate to heavy physical activity.
Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $11-$13 per hour, based on experience.
