Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Shift Lead to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and secure transactions, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle cash and credit card payments, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Operations: Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with retail management team members to achieve sales goals, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in general typing skills, web browsing, and ability to interpret and follow instructions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform moderate to heavy physical activity.
