About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests by providing genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper setup and restocking of supplies
  • Guide guests through the beverage menu, making recommendations and answering questions
  • Take accurate orders and confirm special requests
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • Assist guests with concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Present bills accurately and efficiently
  • Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages
  • Maintain stock levels of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes and portion control
  • Input orders into the point-of-sale system and create checks for guests
  • Secure and store all beverages, food, and equipment items, and deposit cash and secure the bank
Requirements
  • Prior bartending experience is required
  • Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests
  • Ability to understand written English to read caution or safety notices
  • Ability to lift and/or carry, or otherwise transport up to 75 lbs. through a crowded room
  • Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.
  • Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
