Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with clinic check-out and follow-up visits, ensuring scheduling of follow-up appointments or specialty care referrals.

Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
  • Graduate from a LPN/LVN program.
  • At least 1 year of full-time experience as a LPN/LVN within the last 2 years in an outpatient primary care or ambulatory care setting.
  • Basic Life Support certification from an American Heart Association program.
