POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a motivated Membership Service Consultant who will actively engage with our customers. Your role will involve promoting our LUV monthly passes to enhance revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall profitability.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to the General Manager

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Non-Exempt

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while managing time effectively.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promote and sell LUV membership passes through knowledgeable retail sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and businesses.
  • Meet established sales targets and objectives within the designated timeframe.
  • Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and services to enhance their experience.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in B2C sales.
  • Exhibit a strong motivation and track record in membership sales.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Show proficiency in relationship management and receptiveness to feedback.
All employees are expected to stay informed about company policies and updates through designated internal resources.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
At least one year of experience in B2C sales is preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
