We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and contributing to their growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
  • Support the lead teacher and work collaboratively with the faculty to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate empathy and compassion for young children, be dependable, adaptable, and enjoy working towards a common goal.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary for handling children and ensuring their safety.
  • A successful background check, including FBI and BCI clearance, is mandatory.
