Available Shift:
2:00 PM-10:00 PM - Weekdays with every other weekend rotation. Compensation, Benefits, and Perks for Senior Living Medication Coordinator: Offering $15-$16 / hour for qualified candidates, with a $1 Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations).

Enjoy the convenience of taking home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of each shift. Paid Time Off (PTO+) begins accruing after 30 days of employment; you will accumulate additional PTO as you continue working (full-time only). Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only). Benefit from 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave, plus 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees. Receive up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs of study. Participate in a 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after one year of employment. Full-time employees are eligible for Medical (including Teledoc), Dental, Vision, Life, and other voluntary Insurances.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Living Medication Coordinator:
- Receive daily reports and assignments from the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, performing additional tasks as needed (housekeeping, etc.).
- Assist in transporting residents to various services or areas.
- Provide bathing assistance or help residents with personal hygiene needs (bed bath, tub, shower, etc.).
- Support residents with personal grooming (shaving, hair care, nail care, oral hygiene, skin care, etc.).
- Aid residents in managing their personal belongings and labeling clothing.
- Change bed linens and assist residents with their pre- and post-meal routines (washing hands, transporting to dining areas, etc.).
- Offer prompt mealtime assistance, ensuring dietary needs are met and providing encouragement during meals.
- Monitor and report any changes in appetite and assist with hydration needs.
- Support residents with elimination needs and participate in incontinence programs as necessary.
- Help reposition immobile residents and assist with transfers using appropriate equipment.
- If required, assist residents with exercises as indicated by care plans.
- Encourage independence through teaching daily living skills (eating, dressing, etc.).
- Observe and report any unusual occurrences or changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with daily charting as required.
- Conduct oneself as a competent member of the healthcare team, modeling professional growth.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures while performing duties.

Qualifications for Senior Living Medication Coordinator:
- Must possess current and valid certification for medication administration as per state regulations.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in assisted living, is preferred.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Good physical and mental health, with strong observational skills.
- A genuine desire to work with the elderly and disabled populations.
- Dependability, responsibility, and leadership qualities are essential.
- A pleasant demeanor and a commitment to ongoing education in geriatrics.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
- Good judgment and the ability to assist residents with physical needs as required.
