Hospice Care Nurse Specialist

- Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
As an Admissions Registered Nurse with Serenity Hospice, you will be responsible for:
- Performing pre-admission evaluations to assess patient eligibility for hospice services
- Initiating the admission process by educating patients and families about our services and benefits
- Obtaining informed consent and providing comprehensive nursing assessments and plans of care

Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- 1 year of hospice experience preferred
