Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Charter Next Generation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, enhancing workflow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage production activities to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Assist in assigning team members to meet production requirements and support the production team.
- Perform root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.
- Provide daily communication with production members regarding performance, areas for improvement, and company news.
- Control and effectively utilize production capacity, manpower, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Review and maintain production orders or schedules to determine the most efficient run patterns and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee the functions of all production activities on the respective shift to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the larger organization and production goals.
- Associates degree or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong team-oriented professional with good interpersonal skills and a high energy approach to work.
- Proficiency in the use of PC and programs, particularly Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently to all levels in the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a preference for Lean manufacturing experience.
