Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Packaging Associate to join our team at Altium Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging equipment and perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Load and move materials as needed to support production operations.
  • Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from production lines.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy, and report any defects or issues to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic computer experience and ability to learn new software.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date preferred.
Work Environment

Our production environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety and quality. You will be working in a team-oriented setting with a variety of equipment and machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
