Job Overview

Pacific Shipyards Intl, a leader in maritime repair and conversion, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on commercial and military ship repair contracts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing ship repair contracts ranging from $1M to $100M in value. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with customers, stakeholders, and project management staff to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Supervising project management staff and coordinating changes to contracts
  • Managing day-to-day interactions with vessel stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of ship repair or marine industry experience
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of managing federal contracts and shipboard tag-out procedures
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
