**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing heavy civil projects, with a strong focus on technical specifications, project timelines, and budget management.

**Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, quality deliverables, and adherence to budget.
  • Technical Specifications: Review and manage technical specifications, drawings, and permits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, to achieve project goals.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage project schedules, coordinate activities with stakeholders, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project.

**Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Professional Engineer license and/or certifications in project management, such as PMP.

**Compensation Package:

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary of $110,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
