Avionics Technician Job Description
Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team in Stuart, FL. As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing avionics systems, performing complex troubleshooting, and testing and repairing of avionics systems and its equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various digital and analog test sets for line troubleshooting of complex avionics systems.
- Make minor metal repairs, such as extracting bad screws and replacing racks.
- Swing and compensate aircraft compass systems.
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems using wiring diagrams and manufacturers' installation manuals.
- Install and perform ground and flight checks of all avionics systems.
- Perform all work to FAA and Dassault standards.
- Interact with customers, guests, and coworkers on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an electronics/avionics technical school or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of experience as an Avionics Technician working on Falcon Jets.
- Must supply own tools to perform job.
- Must communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Dassault Falcon Jet is building a state-of-the-art 54,000 square foot flagship Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB) in Melbourne, Florida. The complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, including the new ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models.
