Disability Portfolio Manager

Job Summary
Clear Channel Outdoor seeks a skilled Disability Representative to manage its lease portfolio and develop new inventory opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practices, with a focus on field work, lead generation, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate favorable lease renewals to achieve maximum profitability
- Develop new inventory opportunities and assist in the development of new sites, relocations, and other inventory management activities
- Receive and resolve questions, inquiries, and complaints from landlords/property owners in a timely manner
- Attend regulatory and public hearings and stay up-to-date on applicable state regulations and local rules and ordinances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years' experience
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel outside of the office 5% of the time for corporate meetings and industry events
- Work outside of the office performing field work, measuring site dimensions, taking photos, etc.
