Clear Channel Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our lease portfolio, negotiating favorable lease renewals, and developing new inventory opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lease renewals and rental reductions to maximize profitability.
  • Develop new inventory opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Communicate and meet with property owners to build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to negotiate lease agreements.
  • Author amendments to contracts to close negotiations.
  • Resolve landlord/property owner inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Attend regulatory and public hearings to stay informed on industry developments.
  • Stay up-to-date on applicable state regulations and local rules and ordinances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years' experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel outside of the office 5% of the time for corporate meetings and industry events.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work outside of the office performing field work.
