Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator to become an integral part of our safety-focused team. This role involves operating various heavy machinery, including backhoes, heavy-duty forklifts, and track hoes, in a field environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a safety representative, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures for both the company and clients.
- Operate manual and automated hydroblasting equipment as needed.
- Manage special equipment, including Ultra High Pressure pumps.
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections and maintain compliance with vehicle policies and DOT regulations.
- Oversee a team of vacuum technicians and transport equipment and personnel to various locations.
- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment utilized during operations.

Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts, including days and nights.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, with CDL Class A or B preferred.
- Proficient in English to understand safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
- Experience in operating vacuum trucks is advantageous.
- Familiarity with emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers, is required.
