Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filter oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies.
  • Take out and empty the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or facilities work preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
