Position Summary:

Are you skilled in transforming visions into reality and designing beautiful kitchen and bathroom environments? As a Kitchen Space Planner, your knowledge and outstanding customer service will be essential in meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients through a consultative approach to identify their needs and preferences, guiding them in creating their ideal kitchen and bathroom spaces.
  • Sales Performance: Develop new client relationships by visiting potential customers, actively participating in the sales process, and meeting individual sales goals. This includes following up on pending quotes to successfully finalize sales.
  • Design Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in 2020 Design or ProKitchen to engage kitchen clients, offering innovative designs, product selections, and precise quotations.
  • Product Expertise: Support clients not only in kitchen-related inquiries but also in adjacent departments and special orders, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and contributing to increased sales of natural stone and tile.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Background: 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-focused environment, showcasing a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Design Software Skills: 1-2+ years of experience with 2020 Design or ProKitchen is REQUIRED.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet client needs.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong reading, communication, and mathematical skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Construction Acumen: Familiarity with construction principles, ability to interpret blueprints and floor plans, contributing to effective design solutions.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to address complex client requirements.
  • Customer Development: Proactively engage new clients through various methods, including outreach and reactivating inactive accounts.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual skills are a plus – Spanish or Mandarin.
