Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per yearJob Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to collaborate with our team of experienced Speech-Language Pathologists in Fife. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their communication goals and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with speech and language disorders through collaborative efforts with Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Implement therapy plans and activities designed to enhance communication skills, working one-on-one or in small groups.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting student progress, maintaining open communication with school staff, parents, and caregivers.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or relevant field.
  • Washington SLPA licensure or eligibility.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
