Lead Clinical Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our team at Georgian Rehab LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech pathology services to patients, directing and supervising the work of assistants and rehab aides, and expanding your clinical knowledge through continuing education.

Responsibilities- Provides comprehensive speech pathology services to patients according to licensure, with a focus on achieving optimal functional outcomes.
- Directs and supervises the work of assistants and rehab aides, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Expands and enhances self-knowledge in both clinical and professional areas through associations and continuing education, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Supports and participates in department operations and development, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
- Communicates patient status and needs effectively to family members, caregivers, or other involved parties, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an approved curriculum in Speech Language Pathology, with unencumbered licensure to practice.
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards, possessing a working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources.
- Able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
